What have you done to your MS3 today?

ordered my spc rear camber arms and cs camber plates

finally going to be able to take turns this saturday, will hopefully break the new suspension in at autox sunday

New shoes! Put on a set of 225/45X18ZR Continental Extreme Contact DWS. The Yokos were toast at 26K. Got a good allowance for the Yokos wearing out so fast.

I used laminex blue overlay on my fogs, i was surprised as heck they seemed to light the road even better than without the film. Also, i was a bit disappointed that they did not appear at all blue when lit . i had hoped for a slightly bluish hue at least. So at least laminex blue does not change hue. But mine look sweet with the lights off. Cosmic Blue ish
Recently purchased Lami rear wing brake film in blue. we'll see.
As for recently, i ordered the turbo to exhaust studs to go with exhaust side ones and both gaskets I have. Prepping turbo plumbing and ready to reinstall stock exhaust mani.
I really am hoping i can remember how i took all this sh** apart.

Installed my TWM Type R shift knob a couple days ago.

i changed mine last week, 4 years 3 months and 48k miles, started dying at any given opportunity. grabbed a 51r series battery for future plans hehe

Mine got cooked by the heat last year. Luckily the Advance Auto is less than 1/4 mile from my house. Ordered battery online, pulled garden wagon to the store with old battery and pulled new one back.

welp, the hubby hit a 2x4 with nails in it and damaged two rims and a tire... ended up having to buy new rims and tires... wasnt planning on it so had to pick up what they had.... so got these DRAG rims..

they were not our first choice... but i think they look pretty good!

Changed the spark plugs. After 38k miles the stock plugs looked great except their gaps were ~0.033-0.035 or so, just a little out of the 0.028-0.031 spec. I probably could have re-gapped them and been fine, but I installed my new plugs anyway.

I took all my mods off :(

STS, RMM, CAI, Shifter Bushings, Shift Knob, BPV, etc.

I also, took off both my rear shocks and retightened everything in an attempt to fix a rattle that has been bugging me for over a year and voila! the rattle is now gone thank god. Now, the only rattle that remains is the stupid front sway bar bushings.

As a side note, the car is so boring comparatively without all the stuff!

As I was driving and switching between aux and radio I noticed that the radio saves the last vloume it was on. Ex. when on aux volume was on 20 then I switched over to radio and it was on 13. Its the little things that bring a smile.

changed rear brake pads (50 minutes) Seafoamed, drained catch can and changed oil almost 2 hours! Got a P0300 code after, maybe left a little seafoam in there somewhere. Cleared it with the hypertech and it hasn't come back. In other news, I'm getting the rough idle after fueling again. Might be time to get another new purge valve. This one didn't last very long (maybe a year), but was super cheap (<$20). I guess you might get what you pay for.

huge install day, tons of fuckups but in the end

CS Camber Plates
SPC Rear camber arms
H&R Coilovers

should compliment my Hotchkis swaybar set and Topspeed solid LCA bushings nicely. rest of the bushings looked like they need replacement soon....ugh

going to play with ride height today before i get an alignment
