What have you done to your MS3 today?

Even 'Motion Potion' :)

I drove it to work... came home on lunch, park it and took the Probe back to work. Just cause. :D

Decided it couldn't wait any longer and put in my magnaflow cat-back. Only started it up to make sure there were no leaks and it sounded awesome. Now that I've been up for about 24 hours it's time to pass out.

Hey, Sally - How loud is it?

Haha, well its definitely louder than stock. Especially on cold start ups, its freaking loud. But once rpms drop down its about as same as stock at idle. While cruising/downshifting it's almost non-existent which is a relief, no more drone! Sounds sexy when you give it gas. With the price I got it for I'm content. If the noisy morning start ups start bothering me maybe I'll eventually put in a resonator. Don't want the neighbors to be mad.

Spending all day with my baby in the garage:

-Install Catch can / pcv pill fix......
-install boost gauge
-install LED fog lights
-install LED interior lights

Got around to installing my shift knob. Fit n finish it top quality and ut makes shifting so much smoother. For me this knob combined with the cobb sts and counterweight is the perfect recipe

Nice, when and if I decide to get a shift knob that will be the one. Nice weight and the price is on point, looks good too!

Just placed an order for H&R 5mm spacers. Not really into that flush thing but 5mm will do just fine. I figure since an wheel alignment will be done because of all the potholes I drove over cuz of the rain.

what wheels you using the spacers with?

Loaded a Hypertech tune over the weekend. Still in the break-in period so I haven't had a chance to form any opinions yet.

The removal of the 1st and 2nd gear power limiter is definitely noticable though. :-)

Sorry. I might have sounded like I wanted flush look but no. I'll be putting them on stock wheels. I know 5mm ain't much. Just enough to close a bit of a gap but not much. Sorry to disappoint you folks with your wheel fetish. lol

Break-in period? On a 2008?

Break-in for the tune. I was told that I should try to drive conservatively for the first 50 miles or so after loading the tune before really thrashing it.

I've since heard from others that that is unneccessary and you can just go ahead and thrash it as soon as you load the tune.
