What have you done to your MP3 today???

Ruffling my feathers? Really? wow... (huh)

And do you really want to replace your front hub simply because the outside is a little rusted? You'll never see it with a centre cap. You will however see the rust on the hub hat, and that takes just a few minutes to paint so why not?

^lol, I thought yours and mp3 broncos post were both you, :D I was a bit confused at the differing arguments... I understand the rust issues. Nothing else tho, lol.

No worries. I also worded it wrongly, forgetting to say that "painting the" hub hat was to protect from the rust... my bad

No worries. I didn't get enough sleep last night. (drunk)

So on a new note, I'm probly going to be looking to sell the mp3 soon. I think... GI? :)

Put your brake line back in the bracket. LOL I did the same thing 2 years ago and not it is all coming off and has dirt baked into it.

Look so good tho. Not trying to put you down. Just letting you know. It did last a while just warning you of what may come.

haha thanks Jon I made sure I put the clip back on, but what sucked was the passenger one didn't have the clip.

I did the same a few months back but I used flat black.
I did think about doing black when I was using the primer which was black.
Hows the black holding up?
The point of painting the hub hat is to protect from rust, plain and simple.
Yup the rust was driving me crazy..I still need to do the back though

The outer edges, ok maybe. But the inner part surrounding the hub (sorry can't think of the word I'm looking for) is not seen... Maybe I'm just being a bit mentally challenged this morning and last night at the end of a long study session, but I don't see the point unless it's on a show car. (dunno)

Maybe that's just me.

Damn, I'm hatin' right now aren't I? Eh, surry dude! ha
Its alright man Haha. If your thinking of selling your MP3 there is a guy looking to buy and ready to go, he said he's got 10K to play with so I would hit him up if your ready to sell

In seriousness tho, I am interested in selling it and I have a pretty god understanding of its worth... I haven't thought about exactly what I would want to sell it for, and I def. need to look into a new car to have also. But hit me up if there is really an interest.

I'm probly looking to get a c5 A6... :) We'll see how it works out.

Some help please.

I am fairly new here, inherited the MP3 from my man and it needs some TLC. Apparently not all men take great care of their cars. HAHA In all seriousness I need motor mounts. I do not want to buy them from the dealer because if I am spending that type of money I want some that are gonna last. I put a new motor in last Feb (2009) and want something durable for it to sit on. I also need the motor for the rear driver passenger and front passenger door locks. If someone can help me find someone good here in AZ it would be greatly appreciated.

Jon - Those wheels look soooo good!

And big decision last night. Decided I'm not selling the MP3, at least any time soon. Got a long to-do list for the spring. Motor mounts, coil packs, front sway bushings, front brake pads, just to name a few.

O, and I think I'm gonna be looking for a front lip. Jon I may hit you up about what/how you did yours. ;)

Thanks man. When I do my next one I will do a how too. BTW 323 you owe me 26 bucks;)

Cool, I think I'm gonna pick up that T-R jdm 94-95 lip (The middle one) sometime this spring then... $70 shipped seems pretty reasonable... Jon if you don't mind me asking, where did you pick yours up at & how much did it run u?

It was off of a stock 95 bumper. I payed $13 for mine. I work the deals but that was used. I can get brand new ones for $26 from a local place down here. That is why 323 is going to owe mw $26;)

lol i havent pulled the trigger on it yet :D i'll let u know. overlays first !!!!!

fair enough... I guess I'll check some junkyards first but how much would u charge to ship the lip up here? ;)
