What have you done to your Mazda6 today?

I got a super awesome new appearance mod!!! Some b**** in a Grand Marquis bashed into the passenger side door of my MS6....saw the whole thing happen. To top it off, when she saw me coming towards her car she gunned it and left. (fu)

Got her plate, though.

Did you get her license?

I fail, see that you did so. Take it to the police and let them run her down. Chances are she doesn't have insurance which will add to her trouble.

that sux atleast u got the plate though..should be easy to find her..

i changed something on my car today.. its kind of a suprise and i wanna wait till next month to show it off in my thread and im entering for MOTM December so ya'll will have to wait till then.. ohh and i washed the car again haha.. and cleaned out the interior.

Washed and detailer her last nite....Shes ultra clean now just in time for 3 days of rain......

Haven't really done the mods yet but just ordered a ddm 8000k 55 watt kit, awr rear mount, aem cai, pg tip, sls test pipe and itv22's. First mods for the ms6:D

You should get some pretty good gains with those first mods. Those were pretty much the same first mods I did minus the test pipe, and awr rear mount. I got the su rmm and mazdaspeed cai. Was thinking about the tp, but I'm gonna go the dp route.

Well today I washed and waxed the car after like a month. Didn't want to wash it because it was all muddy and there is always dust blowing around. Screw New Mexico weather. Hope to get my SPC adj ball joints, SU stiff diff, new filter for the cai, rear diff and tranny fluid changed, and downpipe.

had my car on the lift this morning, fixed all of my exhaust leaks.. had the same problem as Blendercloud, sounds way better..

More along the lines of what I did for her. Ordered a set of Rotora front rotors and ceramic pads. I put a set of the pads on last year but when I was changing the oil the other day I didn't like the looks of the rotors.

Had mine in the garage today. I clayed, learned how to use a rotary polisher, which I then used on my car with a light cut polish to get rid of some marring, then hit it with Klasse AIO polish to really make it shine. Car hasn't looked this good ever. Thanks to mazdaspeedster3 for the tips and the chance to use his wheel.

EDIT:

Here's a pic after all was said and done:

I've been using Eagle1 Keep Clean. Stuff works great. Reduces the brake dust accumulation by well over 1/2, maybe 2/3. I can go 3-4 days in-traffic driving before my front wheels look like h*ll without it, two weeks with it, and if it stays dry, no rain, nearly three weeks before I need to clean the wheels.

Need to ensure the wheels are totally dry, and then put on a thin coating, not too much or it hazes over too much. Even when over-applied, the hazing goes away in a day or so.

I've been using it about three months on the 2009 RX8 wheels I put on my MS6 and I like the stuff, a lot. I highly recommend it.

I did try that stuff a while back and found it to be useless. I followed the directions and it just didn't do much. I am still running my summer tires, but when I switch to my AS's, I will be putting a coat of Poorboy's Wheel Sealant on the wheels before they go on the car, which really does a nice number on cutting down brake dust.
