What have you done to your 2010+ Mazda3 today?

I don't hear any tick on the 2.5.

Then again, my other car is a BP miata.

are they OEM?

Yep. It's an accessory add on. I spent 30 minutes today after work re-aligning all the front lights. I decided to bump up the HID's a little bit and get the fogs set where I wanted them. The drivers side adjuster is a pain in the neck to get to. Word to the wise, just take out the air box.

Nice Chris...I've been looking into OEM fogs but they are expensive from the dealer. I'll have to give ebay another look.

Due to change the air filter and since the wife is deadset against an intake, I ordered the CS drop in filter earlier this afternoon.

Nate, perhaps I'm mistaken and the 2.5s don't have the VVT issue. And thought you might get a kick out of this too. Wife drove my car on Monday and tonight on my way home I had the window down since the weather was nice. Heard a whump, whump coming from the PS rear. Found this in the tire after dinner. Time to pull her keys and get her a Lanta bus pass. LMAO

Damn.. does she take short cuts through construction sites?

She just might? lol

Swapped the snow tires out for the summer wheels. :) And got confirmation that the CS drop in filter has shipped.

Got the rear spoiler put on today. It took some nerves to drill into that brand new factory paint, but I'm happy with the results.

Looks good Chris and I'm sure. I would have been nervous if it was my car but at least you don't have to worry about a raging wife if it did go bad. lol

Installed the CS high flow panel air filter last night.

Here's a better shot of the new spoiler. Now that it's cleaned up and out in the sunshine, I'm impressed in the paint match on the spoiler.

I don't have any pics, but i swapped out the front door speakers last night after work. Very simple process. I picked up a set of JL audio c2 5x7's. It really cleaned up the mush they use from the factory. Gonna reuse the amp/sub from the protege and I should be set.

I repurposed the wheels from the protege today after work. I had to get rid of those "swirl spoke" wheels. I'm pretty happy with it.

Picked up an intake from Corksport today. I'm anxious to see if the mpg's go up even higher. The butt dyno approves. Super easy install. Only took me 30-40 minutes and normally a job takes me 1.5-2x as long as the directions say.

No can see pics fate....just black 'x's

Sweet, all moved in Rockin?

Not today but Sat. morning I took the PS rear tire over to Jack Williams to have a Phillips head screw removed. Wife came home from taking the girl child to dance and said the TPMS light came on. Checked the tires and PS rear was at 21psi and as I looked up I saw the head of the screw sticking out of the middle of the tread!? If anyone recalls she picked up a foreign object in that same tire over the winter (snow tires were on at that time). Told her I'm taking the keys and she can pedal to work! lol
