what happened to MAM?

been lots of stuff happening with them on the boards... they're no longer going to be an authorized vendor.... and even if their website was still up, i wouldn't reccomend buying from them because you'll probably NEVER recieve your parts. Many people here have had some serious problems with them. There are people who have had good experiences, but you really would be best advised to NOT try and purchase from MAM at the moment.

well you could check out this....

Looks like it could be a good option, but won't be ready for at least a while.

MAM is supposed to be starting production on cast manifolds, and then distributing them to vendors as strictly a manufacturer. Don't really know if this will ever truly happen or when, if it does it would be wonderful because you get MAMs really cool parts, without the really bad customer service.

Apart from that, the only other things i know of are the manifolds that HiBoost uses for their turbo kits (which i don't know if you can get separately or not), or MPNicks port/polish job on the stock MSP mani (if you have an msp).

Sounds like they just want to distribute it and get out of the customer service business. No more private sales just to their distributors now. I loved their thumper kit but I'd hate to go through that much trouble to get my parts.

Yeah but who is gonna be brave enough to sell their stuff. I suppose it wouldnt be so bad if you only took orders on their products you had in stock, rather than, "Hey i dont have it but let me order it for you, and take the order"

They started selling Ghey Pron and it just went down hill from there.
HAHAHAHAH
MAM has left the building.

I think they were out of the customer service buisness a long time ago. Really, this is the best move they could have made for themselves. Hopefully the distributors can get some kind of agreement to build at least a little bit of inventory so people can make a purchase on a exh manifold or pulleys whatever and it be shipped and then replineshed by mam.
