going tomorrow to test drive the 09 MS3 GT, quoted at a low price of $21.9. Hopefully can get them to sell the car at the price, out-the-door (all fees, taxes, etc).

I read in another post how this dood was able to get his dealer to literally double the warranty length, and also throw in a better alarm system, all for free. Any tips on how to negotiate those?

The issue I see is that the sales guy always negotiates the car price, while the finance guy negotiates the warranties/maintenance packages/etc. From what I can tell the dealerships do everything they can to keep those two individuals at seperate negotiating tables. how can I make one contingent upon another? for example, not buying the car at xyz price point unless they throw in an extended warranty.

thx

only negotiations (after price) that i made was for the dealer to NOT put their sticker on the hatch upon it's arrival. when it was finally time for pickup that was the first thing i checked for, and of course it was there. so i said to the dealer "didn't i ask for them to not put this on?" and he appologized and spent about 10 minutes in the hot sun peeling it off and buffing the tiny area

$21,900 out the door would be something like $19,500 for the car. Good luck.

You can do it!!!!! but seriously, don't make it seem like you have to have the car. if you like tint, you can try to get that free or some other things like free mazdaspeed stuff. if they have it.

I work with 2 other dudes who drive speed 3s... 2/3 got it from the factory... the one who bought first was the only one who didn't get it.

Yeah. I also noticed yesterday while I was cleaning my engine bay that I didn't receive a speed cap. FTL
