Yes

Scramble Boost The scramble boost feature allows the user to set an increase or decrease in boost for a desired amount of time.

Isn't there an EBC which allows for adjustment of boost per gear?

yes plenty of EBC's do that already... and it is very useful for maintaining traction if needed... other ways to tune that out as well... and you can always just actually modulate your pedal like a real driver rather than mashing the throttle
