what does service bulletins for mazdaspeed 3 mean?

I have a 09 Mazdaspeed 3. I received a recall notice for the faulty wiper motor ground harness. So I went online to "recalls.gov" and found FOUR additional service bulletins, but they are not very clear on what the problems are. please see listings below. hopefully someone can expand on the bulletins - thanks!

The last buliten u posted was for leaky gas tank i think some mazda 3s have an issue with the gas tank not being airtight and causing check engine light u might just need to replace the cap. I know there is a recall on all the mzr engines to replace the pcv valve. Ur turbo may also be smoking and in some cases need to be replaced. Just go to the dealership and they can look up necessary recalls by ur vin. They shouldenr charge u for recalls either.
