i bought a protege5.com shirt and it was iron on type. thought it was done silk screen. are these diffrent now?

For group buys they are indeed screen printed.

As for the stuff on the mazdaforums store site. They're not inkjet printed heat transfers anymore (that was before my time). I use a computer cut material (think sign vinyl) that is then applied with an industrial heat press. This process is actually better than screen printing. It lasts longer and has cleaner results.

As for the hats, we won't be doing that until the current GB ends.

What would you guys be willing to pay for such a thing? I need to know to see if it's cost effective for me to make them. If I had to guess they'd cost you guys around around $8-12 to produce the minimum quantity.
