I need to pick up a set of wheels because my stock set has my winter tires on them and i dont want mount two sets of tires on the same rim.

I was lookin at tirerack and the only set that really cought my eye were the enkei black ls-5 but it has the bolts in chrome and i dont know if im thrilled about cuz i think they are more of an american car look, what do u think?

well u could take the bolts out one at a time and paint them black lol
looks pretty nice, kinda like bling rims but i think there gonna look good

i would just use the stock ones because of the locknut or the ones that are sent with them which are polished i think?

check out wheeldude.com he is on this forum now as an authorized vendor he can help you find some nice rota's

I also say no. I have never been a fan of rivets (unless they are actually needed) and the spoke design just doesn't look great, IMO.

i wouldnt suggest painting your lugs... the paint will just ship off the first time you go to take off your wheel...

and i vote no =)

You might want to compare the offset on OEM vs this tire. I was looking for 17" rims for snowtires at Tirerack for a 06 Mazda 6i (offset = 60mm); I really could find anything at Tirerack that was close. Also, if you look anywhere (including Tirerack) on snowtire performance, a narrower tire will perform better than a wider tire (for snows I would go with a 17" rim).

where the hell does a guy go to get a set of rims? i have looked at a lot of places and tirerack gave me the most options and those were the best ones i thought- for the price, wheeldude only has rims for 3's and 6's and a lot of other wheel sites dont have the msp option or look shady

You just need to know the size of the rims you need and the offset. Then you can just look at manufactures websites and find the rims you want that way.
