Our Sponsor and New Mazda Pricing guru @Ninja_Matt should be able to shed some light here...What has been the best price anyone has paid (Florida) for a 2025 Premium Plus out the door including sales tax, reg fee, and destination? Sales tax here is 7%.
@Bocatrip The big trick here in FL is the fees, those will add up quick. I would consider 6%-7% off a good deal here assuming dealer fees are kept at a "reasonable" $1,000-$1,200 area (doc+elec filing). What has been the best price anyone has paid (Florida) for a 2025 Premium Plus out the door including sales tax, reg fee, and destination? Well Bocatrip - Im guessing you possibly already pulled the trigger and picked up a unit -If not --I suggest getting it soon -- That is if you like this body style - because reports are its the last year and its getting body changes and hybridized --which is not bad - but more $$ --What has been the best price anyone has paid (Florida) for a 2025 Premium Plus out the door including sales tax, reg fee, and destination? Nice presentation! Everything you need to know.Negotiated this deal this week and picking up Fri. 2025 CX-5 turbo premium
Does this include Loyalty rebate or any other rebates? If so, you might be leaving some money on the table... Have you shopped this against other dealers? Based on the doc it looks like you're in CA, which is not our wheelhouse market, but 5%-6% off MSRP, excluding rebates, should be attainable anywhere in the country. If there are no rebates applied, this is about 5% off which is a fair deal.Negotiated this deal this week and picking up Fri. 2025 CX-5 turbo premium
It does not include loyalty or other rebates. I don't have another Mazda and I've been out of the military too long without a retirement dd214 to qualify. I have shopped against other dealers, this along with 2 others, and this one was the only one willing to drop this low.Does this include Loyalty rebate or any other rebates? That's a good deal then! Especially with that low dealer fee, congrats on the new car! CX-5 Turbo is a peachIt does not include loyalty or other rebates. Too bad you had to make that choice. The CX-5 has desperately needed more rear seat leg room (and more cargo space) since its inception in 2012. I had one of the first year models and, though I loved the car otherwise, put up with that situation for 6.5 years til I downsized to a Mazda 3 in 2019. Fast forward to 2023 and my wife decides she needs a crossover and she loves the Soul Red Crystal Metallic on the 2nd gen CX-5, so we're right back dealing with a penalty box rear seat that should have been rectified in 2017 with the re-do. Personally, I have no problem with the 187 bhp NA engine that will be the only choice in the 2026. It's got decent grunt off the line and only runs out of steam during high speed passes. But if you don't do that much freeway driving on take long trips, it's not such a big deal. However the 2026 is bound to be a bit heavier, so who knows how that will affect acceleration. I'm sure you'll be happy with your turbo. When we bought my wife’s new 2019 Mazda6 Signature in the summer of 2020, we got a good deal. I guess it was more of a buyer’s market then.
I had been wanting a CX-5 for a while now, and was hoping they would increase the size a bit. After reading the bigger 2026 would lose some of it’s "zoom zoom", I knew I had to bite the bullet and get a 2025. There weren’t many of the Signature models in my area, and the dealer who had a few in stock wasn’t interested in haggling. After doing my best to negotiate a better deal, I settled for paying MSRP reduced by $3K in incentives. After tax and "paperwork fee", my out the door price was a little under MSRP. Total MSRP on the window sticker (including $655 in additional options) was $42,950.
My previous vehicle was a 2012 V6 RAV4, which had more rear seat and cargo room. A feature I liked about that RAV4 was that the rear seat was on tracks… you could move it back for more rear seat legroom, or forward for more cargo room. I prefer my new CX-5, I just wish it had the room behind the front seats that my old RAV4 had.Too bad you had to make that choice. So my Carbon S is $35k msrp.Congrats! Love the CX-5 Turbo, I had an original 2019 Signature when the turbo first hit the market, really loved that motor in that car.
Nice low doc fee, this is a fair deal, I preach that around 6%-7% off MSRP is where you want to be on these cars for a fair deal, although my only advice to anyone reading would be to not include any rebates when considering how good of a deal you got. Rebates are an even playing field across dealers and paid for by the manufacturer, you want to focus on discount off MSRP purely in form of dealer participation, excluding rebates.
Congratulations and enjoy, Greg!
what's the 2nd $750 for?So my Carbon S is $35k msrp.
-6.5% is $32,725
My rebates are $1000, $750 and $750. Subtracting my rebates brings it to $30,225. Is this what you’re advising?
