For those of you who recently bought your 2010 Mazda CX-9, in the U.S., specifically in SF Bay Area, what did you get from Mazda USA as your welcome package?
Somehow, they got my address mixed up, and on their record (before I straighten it up), I live in another city far far away.
I got a little suspicious when I haven't heard a peep from them, and the survey call mentioned the wrong address, so, after 10 days or so, I gave them a call, and sure enough, my suspicion was confirmed.
After that, I only received an e-mail from Mazda USA. Other manufacturers usually gave goodies like coffee mug, blanket, etc.
Is this normal?
. Part of the reason it took me 10 days from the survey call to fix this with them was, I thought that it may be normal, that Mazda won't pamper/kiss customer's bottom as much as the luxury manufacturer, because, well..., it's just a mainstream manufacturer.
