wheels on suby are volks painted or powder coated im not sure .I will do purple however i need to get other wheels because rim design I have will be pain in the ass to sand and other stuff, and it will take a lot of time....

you could mask off your whole lip with tape which would be hard or make some sort of template to block it off.

i masked the lip on my old crx, it took forever but ended up looking pretty gnar!!
