I have a stock msp, no mods at all, i want a loud bov that wont hurt my performance nor engine? what do you prefer??

You will want hard pipes at the min. to get things done right...There is a DIY to install a BOV on your plastic pipes but I don't think that should be a good option.

yea i had my bov installed on stock plastic pipes for a little bit...i dont recommend doing that...it'll look and sound like s***. i like the greddy type s bov but i heard the turboxs rfl is the loudest...rfl = real ******* loud ;)

no it wont hurt the engine on stock pipes. he was saying its 400 for hardpipes, i suggest you buy hardpipes first then add bov after, or get em both at the same time. i buy all my car stuff from www.**********.com fast free shipping and excellent customer service..not to mention cheap prices!

Yah i may look further into it, i just wanted to find out why it wasnt good ot put it on the stock plastic pipes. As long as it sounds decent, and doesnt harm the car...

it depends on what kind of setup you use. If you do the dual setup where you are still running the stock BPV and have some air recirculating back into the car then it should be ok but your gas milage will go down. If you use just a regular BOV then you will stall and stutter after the car Blows off and then goes to idol. If you want a louder sound that is kinda unique then get just an intake and it will make your stock BPV louder and you will get the signature turkey sound our car makes. I still have my stock BPV on my car and i love seeing the heads turn when my car "blows off."

You don't need anything else with it. My friend ran with that until he got a FMIC and now I have it and it works great.

I however use TurboHoses Hardpipes with it.

It's the cheapest/easiest solution at getting a BOV I think. There may be a few others on the market but Forge is the only one I know about for certain.

If you search my posts you can see i have posted a video of my Forge BOV.

This claims no stalling or rough idle, is this all i would need ot run off stock piping?? Seems kinda cheap, im wodnering if you need something else with it.

It will not work if you get a FMIC with hardpipe, most FMIC come with a bov( I have hiboost, come with Greddy Type-s)

what is the best way to run a bov and a bpv then?
i plan on getting the hiboost fmic so just get that and an intake and what should i get for a bpv then? u got any pics of your fmic?

Which hardpipes do people recomend. I am buying a set before then end of the week. I already have The Greddy Type S BOV. Also where is the install guide for the dual setup that actually allows you to hear the Type S the loudest? Thank you for the help.
