My Protege 5 is lowered 1.8 inches in the front and lowered 1.5 inches in the back on Tein S tech coil springs and Tokico blues struts. Basically i installed this Tein S tech / Tokico blue lowering kit on my car over a year ago and i just used Stock Moog end links and now 1 year later my End links are shot and Clunking on the drivers side. I was told that when you lower a car you should get adjustable End Links because the stock ones cant hold out they eventually break very quickly. I didn"t have the extra $$ for adjustable s then so now im just going for the upgrade on adjustable"s now. Yeah i think ill go with AWR they seem pretty authentic and the best quality as wellHow low are you, and what's your reasoning behind needing adjustable links? AWR should do the job nicely. AAC also has adjustable rear links for our car.
Thanks alot man i appreciate your time 2002 Ford escape Endlinks ill look into that. I think i might go with AWR there great quality from what i here. Do you know if AWR makes end links for the front? They do for the back but im not sure about the frontfor the rear i have AWR (well they are coming in the mail any day now) and I have heard good and bad things about them. I'll let you know how I feel about them once I have them in
as for the front, a good alternative to stock would be 2002 ford escape front endlinks by MOOG... i have these, they are A LOT beefier and a tad longer, but will still fit on stock setups (millimeters longer)

Wow really? Thanks Fresco i dont want my front end lifted at all that"s why my cars lowered lol thanks for the heads up! Ill have to go with AWR eventuallyThe escape end links slightly raise the front end as they are also longer then stock
Yeah i see what you mean it takes time to break in. Well that"s a great combo deal you have with the 21mm sway bar and AWR end links so it should be just fine.I'm running the AWR adjustable rears with their 21mm sway bar. So far so good, but they've only been in a couple of months.
I have Moogs on there now i put them on last year on the front and the drivers side Boot end link is already torn and making a clunking noise. Plus the 2002 Ford Escapes are to tall and they lift the car an inch to much creating more of a wheel well gap. Just ask Fresco he will tell you. AWR is what im going for and i did look on the AWR Site and i only saw the back end links listed not the fronts but i dont want to just by the backs and assume when i get them that they can be used for the fronts because that would be terrible if they didn't fit.well since they are adjustable i don't see why they wouldn't work anywhere. but AWR does make a front and rear pair, check their website i just googled "awr end links protege5" and it was the first link.
each pair is listed at $103 soo thats about 200+ shipping. i personally dont think it would hurt to at least try the MOOGs for the front, the ford ones are very beefy and have a grease fitment so they can be lubed up all the time. Oh, and i picked them up at autozone for only $20... a good way to save 80 if they work, if not just return them
