Wet inside front windows

I have a 2012 CX-9 Touring and since day 1 had an issue where the inside front windows will be wet if we put them down after it has been raining or a car wash. Took it to dealer and they said they don't see anything wrong, and there was no damage inside the door so I let it go. I recently took it to another dealer for the same thing, they called Mazda tech line and said they don't know of any issues and it is probably because of the tint on the windows and it is making a gap for water to get in, one problem, the front windows aren't tinted. So now I am noticing that when I roll the windows down I am getting a musty/moldy smell from them.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I would love to go back to the dealer with some helpful info.

Are the drain holes at the bottom of the door clear of all debris?

That was the first thing they check and said they were all clear, sorry forgot to mention that.
