you want issues? Buy a GMC product. ;)

I have purchased 10 new cars (including 5 Hondas) prior to my Mazdaspeed. The ONLY one that had NO issues has been my '02 Chevy Avalanche (the only GM product I have bought new).

Unfortunately, my experience is probably as unique as it is surprising.

Hi again!

100MPH tape hell ya steph... but ya.. i love this car.. small issuses have occured but all in all its fun..

(headbang)

THANK GOD! I've owned my MSP for about a week now, and had started to get a little depressed reading this board. It's no fun to go to a board that's supposed to be filled with fellow enthusiasts talking down about a car you love. It's nice to know there are people here who feel the way I do. Granted, I HAVE only owned my car for a week, so...

:)

I ******* love this car. I can't believe how much some people b**** about it. The only few problems I've had was hesitation(fixed), Clunk(fixing this week), rear rattle(solution=louder music). I love my car so much. GM, like all American Car companies makes good trucks, just somehwhat weak economy cars. That's why I bought my speed over the SRT-4, compromised a little power, for a little quality. Every forum has this negativity, visit the SRT forums, some of the people there b**** just as much as us, samw with every forum. I think if he had just a coupl of threads with only positive posts about the car, the response would be overwelming. Even the people who have blown motors are still buying Mazda's, if not rebuilding.
All in all, I wouldn't trade this car for anything in it's class. I LOVE MY MAZDASPEED(wheres AGR when you need him?) I could go on for hours. And would, except I'm really tired of typing, and need to go drive around in my speed.

I LOVE MY CAR!!!! Take it to the mountains for some s-curves and sharp corners, put a grinn on your face that you can't wipe off.

I bought my car because i like mazda. i only read one review, and that was the Car and Driver from like Sept or Oct (of last year). i am entirerly happy with my car. it gets me from a to b with some pep.

i bought an MSP because i totally loved the p5 but wanted just a tad more of everything the p5 had. this car is perfect.

OK OK i want more boost but just a tad more that's all

Same with me.

finally a decent thread in this section. I dont have any problems with my car, hesitation is fixed by turning up the boost and getting a good exhaust system. All the other problems are minor and i was getting tired of everyone being so negative about their cars. I LOVE MY MSP!!!!!!!!!!!

cheers man and happy birthday. I too LOVE MY MSP!!! it handles great and run just fine as the commuter i use it for.

seriously, look at the MSP section, we're mostly whining because of things we didn't know or learn to want until AFTER we bought the car. this car delivers everything that was expected of it: a sweet MP3 with a small turbo as icing.

from this day on I vow to quit my bitching.

Yup LOVE mine Speed too. Instead of everyone bitching about Mazda we should be thanking them for making a fun to drive well built afforable car. I'm not even sure the too rich condition is something to complain about. If it wasn't too rich we couldn't up the boost so easily. Don't get me wrong I would love to have a fuel management system in my car. I just can't afford to pay for it right now. So I'll have to live with adding a couple of pounds of boost when things warm up. I think Mazda set us up knowing we couldn't resist the cheap mods that void portions of our warrenties. ;)
