i see what he's saying though... its arrogant and out of line for anyone to put there religion on a national symbol...
by doing so they express one religion for all the people under that symbol...
what if some one dressed the statue of liberty as a jewish boy... with the cap, a minorah.... would u christians not think it was offensive?
this si why i believe church is dumb...
i dont need some million dollar tin building and a man in a robe to tell em who god is...
if u want to be cloe to god and work for him... dont go to church every week and call it a day... get out and do something everyweek and dont waste ur time in a tin can.

dont u think that the money to build the statue, the time, the effort, could be better used doign somethign for people... instead of just seeing how many buttons u can push
