I would hate that right now if my husband did not wear his. Once he becomes an officer I know he will not though. I guess is just me that it bothers. :(

My husband has a platinum wedding band and it came with a duplicate titanium band so he wears the duplicate most of the time, so he doesn't have to worry about his good one.

Gotta get over it and realize, it's a safety issue. Criminals could use that as a weakness, and it could get him hurt or killed.

agreed. I will get over it eventually. But it will be weird not seeing it on his finger.

These are the options my future wife has:

Inherited them from both grandmothers when they passed. I have considered combining all the diamonds to make one huge ring, but I think that might be overkill. The one on the right is 1 carat to get an idea of size.

The ring on the left is missing a diamond because I made it into an earring so I can remember my grandmothers daily:)

Sadly, it looks like #1 is out.

I just called Titanium Era, and they only make the Timascus Titanium rings no larger than a size 11.5. I wear 12.5. So now I can choose, and get my ring quickly.

BTW, I was able to get my number 1 choice!! I convinced them to make them in bigger sizes!

BTW, picked up the Wife's ring today after it got resized, and appraised. Retail=$4200+!

Once again congrats Patrick!! I know the pic is a bit blurry but these are our rings. My husband's ring is a simple Titanium band which he only wears while he is out of the house. Mine is a bit more complicated, the center stone is the solitare engagement ring. It was actually the one my dad gave to my mom 37 years ago and since he has passed away it means a lot to me. I wanted to keep it in the condition it was in, so we ended up picking out a wrap to integrate the wedding band and the solitare. The solitare is yellow gold and the wrap is white gold with 3 diamonds on each side of the solitare. It is something old and something new and didnt cost a whole lot of money ,but has more value to me than anything else I could have wanted.
