thank u to all

okay thanks and do i have to get them installed in dealer or i can do myself
From what I can tell, if you want the car warranted without any hassles you need to have the dealer install the parts. If something happens that can be blamed on an aftermarket part that was not installed by the dealer they will.

On the other hand, Mazda has a color coded warranty system. Different parts get different color designations.
Here's some more info: MAZDASPEED - Accessories - Warranty - Mazda USA
I cannot be sure, and you may want to check with your dealer, but in the Mazdaspeed catalog (available here: MAZDASPEED MOTORSPORTS DEVELOPMENT -- Direct link to PDF) there is a very small rectangle before each item, I assume the color of that rectangle is the warranty color.

For instance, the Mazdaspeed3 Cold Air Intake has a green rectangle. The green warranty means: MAZDASPEED "Green" Performance Accessories must be specifically approved by Mazda for their particular application. These parts are warranted for the first 12-months/12,000 miles from the date of purchase, excluding labor.

In the Mazda3 manual in the back it says:
...all Genuine Mazda Accessories installed by your dealer --prior to or at initial vehicle retail delivery-- carry the same new-vehicle limited warranty as your new Mazda. See your dealer for details.

So, to sum it up...
Green/Blue Mazdaspeed part installed by a dealer at or before initial delivery: same warranty as car.

Orange Mazdaspeed part: no warranty

Blue:
Floor Mats
Front Mask
Forged Aluminum Wheels
Door Sill Trim Plate
Car Cover
Engine Oil Cap

Green:
Sport Exhaust
Sport Spring Kit
Cold Air Intake

Orange:
Coil Over Suspension Kit

Check out www.mazda3online.com, they seem to have very good prices and stuff. There's a couple people on this forum who work there or something as well, so you can feel confident that they're not scammers!

lol yeah im thinking of going to their store
and getting some things done if i like anything lol

You may also try speaking with your service manager at the dealership you'll be frequenting for service and parts. I spoke with mine prior to purchasing a Cobb intake and I plan on an aftermarket intercooler, turbo-back exhaust, some type of engine management, I've put a boost gauge in... Anyhow, I told him my plans and he's a young man himself (I'm 30), he said Mazda has a pretty clear policy, but that the service manager interprets issues when they arrise. He said he takes each case on an individual basis, that once a guy with a 'speed6 came in with a severed differential, or bolts, or something I don't clearly recall, bald tires showing the wrap, and obvious extensive aftermarket modifications. To boot the guy never went to Mazda for scheduled service, he used a local mechanic. So the warranty service got denied. My guy told me as long as I'm not out at the track, or missing my scheduled maintenance OR having it done outside of Mazda, he doesn't have any problems with warranty issues. He told me that so long as I treat my car as if it were his daughter, and do research before I do my own mods as well as install correctly, we'll have a long and fruitful relationship. If I mistreat my car, and skip service or go to Joe Bob's Grills to save a buck, or bust my MAF sensor putting in an intake, than it's going to be coming out of my pocket. I felt comfortable doing my own modifications after this conversation, and since I put the Cobb and boost gauge in he's commented how much he really likes them both; what a good job I did. So, yeah, try the 'human' approach first and talk to the guy/gal running your service department and you may find you can have the freedom to put what you want into YOUR car.
