VTCS removal?

Near as I can tell, the Variable Tumble Control System is used to increase the speed of the air in the intake by causing a restriction so the air flows faster. Ultimately this is a restriction on the intake so I have two questions:

1. Does the speed6/3 have this?
B. can we remove it and if so has anyone tried this?

What's VCTS? Is that the boost limiter/traction assist on the MS3?

I know in the subaru world they were known as tumble generators and that alot of people were removing them, in fact there were kits created to remove them. Have not heard of anyoneremoving them on the ms3 yet.

I did this on my '04 MZ3 Hatch. Really woke it up. From what I can tell, its for cold start driveability, which suffers a little after the mod. I don't think the MS3 has it, completely different intake.
