VPN Setup...Win 2003 Server...HELP

:
03 MSP > 03.5 MSP > 05 Evo8 GSR > 10 EvoX MR-t > 96 MX-5
i've never set up a VPN connection from scratch before, but my company needs employees in europe to be able to access files on our network here.

i got one server running Win 2000 Server.
it manages active directory.
it has 1 gigabit network card.
internet connction is DSL, with with DHCP and NAT through a linksys router.

i just installed another server running windows 2003 standard.
on the same domain as main server.
so far it's a file server.
it has 1 gigabit network card.

what do i need to set up either as a VPN server.
i've already installed VPN services.
DO I NEED 2 NETWORK CARDS??
one for internal network and one dedicated to VPN?

any info will help.
thanks.

Start here, you may have to adjust some settings on your Linksys router to allow pptp connections through.

Microsoft is by far not the best solution for a point to point VPN, but in a pinch, it can work.
