Vibrating over 40

I have a 06 speed 6 and have replaced the following in order to fix a vicious vibrating.
Replaced: Driveshaft, Rear transfer case mounts front and rear, new struts in rear, 4 new tires and alignment and balance. Im running out of options to replace things and yet any thing over 40 mphs is just rediculous. any ideas of what to look for when i have it up on the lift tomorrow? im at a loss.

well this has been incredibly helpful. not one idea on what else could cause this sort of vibration. guess i will post on this issue when i figure it out.

Can the vibration be felt in the steering wheel or just by the seat of your pants?

ive got some wierd vibs also but more like between 60 and 70 the most it shakes the whole car not bad but enough to feel it sitting down and threw the wheels got new tires on and had them balanced and an alignment done and idk whats going on so if u figure it out let me know
