vibrating noise when leting off clutch

When I let off the clutch in first the car makes a real crazy vibrating noise. I can of course also feel it vibrating. Now if I let off the clutch really fast when the car gets to about 3000 rom it makes the same noise. Any idea what it could be? So far Ive only observed it in first gear.

do you have a alum. fly wheel.. if so it is probably because of it not being balanced.. but if you do no have one is most likely due to a bad throw-out bearing.. if they dry up the bearings rub against each other causeing a vibration with clutch realease..
