vendor question

i dont ask this to slander their company but this is not the first time i have ordered parts from protege garage and either not received parts or its taken months.. i sent them an e mail today, i think its been maybe 3 months waiting on motor mounts when i received an email over a month and a half ago saying they had been shipped. has anyone else had this problem with this company? again i dont mean this in a bad way tward the company i just have not received good customer service every time ive made a purchase with them. just looking for info thats all.

I believe Protege Garage was removed from being an "Authorized Vendor" because of reasons similar to what is happening to you. Try doing a search.

There has been a lot of complaints with that company and this is one of the many reasons that they are no longer an authorized vendor on this forum anymore. I haven't personally had issues with them but there are numerous threads and members who share your view.

thanks for the info, they were quick with the reply and apologie and i received my parts yesterday. so im cool with it i guess but i will think twice before ordering again.
