"Vehicle Communication Network Malfunction" message on MyMazda

:
CX-9
Apparently this is a thing. I do not get this message in the vehicle, I only get this on the MyMazda app every day.

Vehicle: 2023 CX-9 Signature but it's not a model specific message.

The internet says to disconnect the battery for a while. I have everything setup the way I like it (seats, mirrors, unlock / lock settings, light dimming settings, etc.).

So for those who got this message, was it fixed at the dealer only? I have warranty plus the expensive Mazda warranty for 9 more years so I can get it fixed there.

Well, I'm assuming this is exactly as stated - car can't communicate externally with Mazda or perhaps you have an app that it's trying to use unsuccessfully. Aside from this message, do you actually have a code designation or dash emoji lit? Does your cell phone connect if you use one in the car? I have also heard rumors that a failing battery can cause this as the car monitors battery's state. Best get to the dealer because it seems the rest of the world wishes to know the solution, and guess what, "you're elected, you're the star today" . Respectively waiting for your reply.
