So this weekend amongst many things, I removed my VCTS, rounded and polished my intake manifold.

The throttle response is quick but not sure if it's any better than before. The mid to high power per my buttmometer is increased slightly. I've seen 10 HP. After seeing what i removed and where it was plus why it gets removed, yea there had to be some gain. Plus, I got to paint my intake mani. ehh... not so bad all in all. I think the biggest was the rounding of the ports and the polishing of the intake mani. I wish I wouldn't have rounded out 1 more to remove the ridiculous hinderance they added. Silly Mazda. Anywho, if anyone have any question in can help. Or, if you're in the OKC area, I'll gladly slip by and lend a hand.

the hone BTW was only 16.99 at O'Reilly's

I've been up there for a few meets in the past. I've been looking for the old crew. Apparently, no one meets up anymore. I made a post in the Oklahoma section on here. I know Chubbz(Alex) but I haven't been able to get a hold of him and my other phone is Lord only knows where. I'll be making a trip to Dallas for an AP within a week or two if some people wanted to get together and cruise down. I mean I know it's a 45+ hike for you all but, it's something.
