yeah, she had a long day at work, pulled up to the gas station, grabbed the green handle. She noticed that the radius of the nozzle was larger than the filler hole. lol she thought it was weird, but none-the-less conitnued to hold the nozzle against the filler hole.... for all 12 gallons.

She looked at the receipt and noticed it was really cheap and said, "oh, $#@". My brother went over there and tried to turn it over.

What's even better is about a month ago, she was driving my pop's '03 6s. She gassed up and it started freaking out. I met up with her and drove it to the dealership. It was screwed. The first thing the Service manager asked was, "did you put diesel in it?" (without knowing about the protege) LOL. She flipped out and grabbed the receipt. Turned out to be the TB failed.

With the octane booster added you'll be fine.

How far was his drive, I'd let it go about half way and then top it off with premium and add octane booster again. Yeah octane booster will stink up the exhaust, even more if you don't have the cats. I've had friends tell me they started to tear/cry from the fumes when driving behind my car.

i drove to O-Town but before leaving i only had 1/4 of a tank...

damn, cheap gas burns quick!

anyways, it was all good...no check engine lights, no knocking, nothing.

i'm on the first fill after the fiasco and its all good

i did manage to get beaten by a vtec yesterday...

he was probably afraid of his rwd, cause S2K are mad handing cars as well.

Probably the only vtec I'd go for is the S2K CR

Go to the hardware/paint store and get a quart of toluene ( preferably ) or xylene and empty it in to your gas tank.

It is a paint thinner that will bring up the octane.

Oh hells yeah this will knock it UP!
Discrete did this with his stock MSP back in the day and 18PSI.
