using 3s gauges in a 3i

Hello everyone! This is my 1st post here and it's a question that's been bugging me.

I have a 2006 3i and I want to swap in the electroluminescent gauges from a 3s. I know I have to get a dealership to help me (I think they have to program the mileage and something else), but is there anything else that I need to make this work? Or should it just be as simple as replacing the gauges and taking it to the dealer?

I really appreciate any input! Thanks!
