Sarcasm was extensively covered over a year ago. Everything that could be sarcastic has already been commented on.

The flash I don't hold the members 100% accountable. I think the lack of organization and thread cleanliness has alot to do with it.
Several times I saw a flash question from a user that included something like, "I searched but I wasn't finding the info I needed". I searched also after that before commenting and sure enough, it was friggen pointless to sort through it all.
Thats become my own personal rule. Don't ever post "SEARCH" unless I have and can easily find the information. If you atleast do that then you can link the person to it and then a search comment is all good.
However there have been occasions where the topic was easily found and there is no way the thread starter ever posted.
