USB Port

The USB port will play my music in my flash drive but unfortunately, when I turn the engine off, the music will start from the beginning when I turn the engine on again. Do anyone have a fix for this issue? It will be a great help to get a fix for this issue, so the music will continue playing from were it left of when you turned the engine off.

I have the same issue too. It is also annoying if I want to use the USB connection to play audio from any other app. Mazda's radio just loves that first song. I did write mazda about that problem and a few others. I got the following response. I suggest you write them as we'll. the more complaints, the quicker a fix

Thank you again for contacting Mazda. Yes we have received other complaints on this issue and are working on a resolution but do not have any expected time frame. We will have an update on the issue with safety lock which will be available in a few months. Please feel free to take your Mazda to your local dealer for your other concerns to make sure your system is operating correctly. I will document your feedback and your concerns for our corporate records. Let me know if you have any other questions.
