All you have to do is take a flat-head screwdriver and pop out the two black thingies that are attached going towards the radiator. You can't miss them. Then you have to pop the upper grill from the bumper. It might seem like you've broken it, but it just pops off. Do it slow though. Work each side out slowly. The bottom grill is popped in there also. A flat-head screwdriver works good on it's removal. Reach in behind it with one hand and use the other hand to grab the grill. I think there should be six clips to where it holding onto the bumper. You shouldn't have to remove the bumper though. I forgot, you also have to remove the two dark gold colored screws that hold the top grill to the bumper and then it just comes out after you pop it off.
