i will agree that square tanks (esp. with offsetted in/outlets) are possibly the worst design an intercooler can have....aside from the lower cost and simplicity in fabrication.....otherwise, good job

go pick up an old starion/conquest FMIC, its almost identical to the EVOs, coincidence? i think not, both are DSMs

u really dont need big end tanks for volume, the larger the volume, the longer it takes for the IC to get pressurized, the longer the "lag"....if anything u want the volume from the rows becuz at least the air there are being chilled better.

nice terry. how much is that intercooler standalone...cause you know im going with the stage one for money concerns, but will get an intercooler in the future. what kind of hp gains am i looking at by going with the intercooler and only the intercooler after i buy the stage one?

i think all it does is get cooler air going and stuffi am also still a newb, doest replace anything because the intake part goes to turbo then to IC, then it goes up to TB...also terry how about 150 for it?
