Looks good! I love the msp lip on red p5s (obviously...I've had one for a few years. haha.). I'd definitely black out the headlights like others have said; it's a big change that doesn't cost much at all.

Might I suggest what I did when I had the same grill in my P5. Paint the hood latch bracket flat black. It sticks out like a sore thumb.
