The funny thing is an old friend in his Mazdaspeed Protege mounted a Super Nintendo in his car. If I recall his was taken apart and the controllers plugged into the center consol. It was pretty sweet back in the day ;).

i test fitted those spoilers.... the one pictured is for the sport model which leaves holes and other nasty things showing on the touring models. the one made for the touring models wasn't my style but i'm going to test fit for a 2nd time and see how i feel about it

So how did you feel about it????

Again with that hub, let us know what's involved with it, especially with all the wires/connectors and shiz with the volume controls/cruise control and whatnot. (I'm a rookie with wiring still).

If he's replacing the steering wheel with a racing one, he won't be able to keep any of the stock steering wheel controls anyway. He'd just disconnect the wiring harness(es) going to the stock wheel, and tuck them inside the column somewhere.

i started playing with things last night.... what a headache!

the hub used is the same hub for the mz3/ms3 but the plastics on the 2 need a lot of work. i used a rotary tool to remove a good 1/8" plastic and still need to do another 1/16" in places. i also need to figure out what to do with a few wires and make sure things aren't loose. the air bag light will be flashing on the dash the entire time which will get annoying but nothing a little electrical tape can't fix :-)

I should be finishing this up after work today so i'll post up some pics and updates

I knew that, I just wanted to know what he was doing with the wiring. But you basically answered, in the second half of your post there, what I was wondering in the first place.
