So would $18000 be out of the question for a brand new 08 GT?
absolutely.
i dont see you getting out of the door with that speed for no less that 22-23 and thats pushing it. these cars hold their value and are getting more and more popular everyday.
in my little area(sanford/lake mary, its a suburb of orlando), with in the last few months there has to be about 10 new Speed owners.
i got a sweet deal on my 09 ms3 sport. i got it out of the door for 22k
before: 2007 MazdaSpeed3 Grand Touring
now: 2005 Honda S2000
Well being that I just kbb'ed a 08 gt with 8k miles and it listed for 22,975-id say they hold their value pretty wellproof? this is just wishful thinking...
to the op....we are in a deflationary period. you have all the power! use it! beat that dealer up and get the car for as little money as possible!
Havent seen them run any "promo" deals on any of the SpeedsDon't want the Sport. Want a GT.
And what sucks is that I probably can't get any of that nice promo financing on unsold 2008s (like 0.9 for 60) since it's a Speed model.
Does seem a bit far-fetched. That would make the car just a tick over $20K before taxes and fees. Invoice is just under $22Kproof? this is just wishful thinking...
