Jaba said:Hey im new here so I dont know if this is a good spot to post.I wanna get the unichip but i was wondering what can a ms protege run at 11 boost ?
Jaba said:well see i wanna make 200 hp atleast how would u advise me to do that without running new internals
HorsepowerFreak said:Unichip is not intended for setups like that. I'd find a local tuner and see what they can do since you've already got it.
I don't think there is any documentation of this actually being done before however. So to say it would work would be an in theory scenario only. Also, the Unichip can be tuned for larger and/or extra injectors. An auxiliary injector box is not necessary.
And as said before, it doesnt make a lot of sense to upgrade the turbo on the stock engine.
JDM Sam said:max out the MAF and try it.
HorsepowerFreak said:Try what?
The MAF should be removed anyway when running that kind of setup. Unichip (as most any type of EMS) has previsions for using MAP.
Spooled said:I had no idea that Unichip allowed removal of the MAF. Can you just buy a GM MAP and use that with Unichip? Is anyone on the forums using a MAP sensor with Unichip?
