Unable to update 2016 CX-5 GT SD Card

Hello,
I just recently picked up a 2016 CX-5 GT and have tried updating the SD card on numerous occasions without any luck. I had no issues updating the NAV SD Card on my 2015 Mazda 3. I've also tried on numerous computers.

I get to a screen that says please insert SD card, then upon doing so it says unable to connect to server. Any ideas? I have tried from mutiple locations on multiple computers (mac and pc) and have the same issues.

You need to drive a minimum of 100 miles so it locks with you VIN number.

Have you done that?

Those screen shots look far different from the Mazda Toolbox I use. Do you have the latest version?
