uhoh....assistance please

so i was parked after a 20 min drive in idle and all of a sudden....smoke. lots of it. i went to the back of the car and the bumper was covered in what looked like carbon but i assume was more oil than carbon. then i popped the hood and a small amount of smoke was coming from the turbo area.

i have a TBE which is pretty much all that would cause this.

when i realized it was smoking i was going to drive home but it looked like your stereotypical honda with a blown head gasket smoke screen.

im praying the problem is the turbo seal but now im afraid theyre gunna dick me around on the warranty. i got it towed from mazda warranty to my local dealership because the smoke was embarassing. if the worst becomes worse ill probably send my s*** to pg to get reworked.

i dont know what happened to other peoples cars when the turbo seal went...if it just started smoking like mad one morning or if it was an over a period of time it worsened but im freaking out. im carless and left in the dark until monday. but whats wierd is my CEL wasnt even on so i couldnt be mechanically related....something small....i mean a little of oil in the enhaust can go a long way.

any suggestions or possible diagnosis? thanks.

same thing that happened to mine when the turbo seals went out. as far as the dealer saying anything about the TBE goes, just depends on the dealer. good luck
