if you have ever seen the movie "blue thunder" or if you ever watch it again....Roy Scheider gives his rookie a hat with that on the front...seeing as how he was the pilot...and his rookie was just a rider in the chooper.....

that is about the only place I can think of that I have ever seen this actually used in the media.....but that is what it means.

Damn, I think it's ugly. Why? Because it's on a car instead of paper or a wall or something. It's beautiful artwork, but not meant to be on a car.
