Tyres for 19 inch wheels on CX5 Sport Nav

I have read a lot about the availability of tyres in 225/55/r19 s. The Toyos fitted to mine are V rated which seems high. Has anyone out there fitted the Kumho Solus tyres which are H rated tyres and if so are they any good and is it safe to fit the H rated tyres. I am thinking of purchasing two tyres for storage just in case I get a flat as I will be doing 100 miles a day in the vehicle. I have searched the net and these along with the Yokohama tyres seem to be the only ones available.

I would only fit V rated.

If you look at the speed for H and V rating(tire rack), it is unlikely your CX-5 will run that fast. If you carry extra heavy loads at high speed or tow at high speed or do both going down mountains, you may want the V for extra safety.

You may want to consider replacing all 4 with 235/55 19's. It is a by far more common size in 19's and easier to find in the event you need to replace one in an emergency. I run Nitto Crosstek CUV 255/55 18's on my CX5. One for looks, two for ease to replace them. That size is typically stocked and most Tire Kingdom locations.
