First question:
I have a double gauge mount I am installing and obviously one will be for the boost what gauge should I put in the second? what is most important to track next to boost?

second question:
I have a turbosmart bov (running full recirc) and I am very green on settings for this valve.... I have played around and the car runs fine but have gone with the spring all the way out and all the way in without "feeling" much diffrence. Right now I have it 2 full turns from all the way in and it runs smooth but again I am looking for advice for best performance and engine saftey.

my mods are:
Hypertech max energy sport
GHL catback
testpipe
AEM CAI
PG inlet
turbosmart dualport bov
(fmic next week)

Thanks in advance

can only help you with the first, monitor oil pressure. very important in turbo cars.

ive got a question for you. how loud is your ghl exhaust? cause i have one on my ms6 and its crazy loud

Really?? wow I love mine and it just deep and low and no "droan".... im really suprised to hear yours is so loud?

Adjusting the BOV in full recirc will control the flutter noise. Tighten it will minimize the flutter and loosening it will maximise it.I have a Tubosmart dual port bov in recirc and also notice not much of a difference when adjusting it so I left it in the middle. No problems what so ever and occasionally hold 15-14psi of boost past 6k rpm.

yea its crazy loud. rattles interior panels, huge droan at hwy speeds. at wot you cant even hear someone talking to you lol. i will end my thread jack now haha

I would have to say, EGT, A/F and KR's are the most important they are your life lines basically to avoid zoom zoom going boom boom. just my 2 cents.

I will have to agree with the A/F guage. These cars run pig rich, so keeping an eye on it would be a necessity

MSD might not be pushing anymore updates, but it still works for what you need. Personally, I don't care if they don't push any updates. I can monitor afr, boost, fuel psi, kr, and two others all at once. I say buy a dashhawk, then get an oil pressure and oil temp gauge as neither are available on the dh (at least not on mine).
