TWO MORE colors for 2003.5 Mazdaspeed Protege!!!!!!!

I leave for a week, and look what happens.

TWO NEW COLOURS? This is completely out of the blue (pun intended)!

I have a strong suspicion that Canada won't get the new colours though.

But I wonder what a 2003.5 would look like in blue... If it had blue stitching in the interior, I'd be in love...

i still have the original blue, what the hell man, first they have to give the blue to the p5 and now they are giving it to the 2003.5 msp, damn mazda.

so grimace....what color you want now?

:)

LOL, darn Mazda for giving us so many choices. :D

I think I'll stick with the orange. The blue would definately be nice, but my car won't hang on much longer without needing some major repairs. (Brakes, struts, exhaust...)

Besides, I'm STILL waiting for my orange car. Who knows how long I'd have to wait for a blue 2003.5 (released in late 2007...) and there is nothing definate about them coming to Canada.

Waaaaaa I wanted the only blue car. I dont mind them giving it to the MSP or the P5 nearly as much as I do the damn regular Proteges, now thats Fuc'ed up

looks like MSP owners arent the only ones up in arms about hte 2003.5 color scheme...

That sucks they are making blue, well at least my mp3 is very limited. I would stick with the titainium newf. That will be a limited color, and from the pics i like it the best of all the MSP. Although there is something about those orange ones. I still have yet to see a MSP, hell i have only seen like 8 mp3's since i got mine.

No color is off limits or limited in any way.
Its a protege for christ sakes not the Enzo!

I own a black MSP and I look at this in a different light. If they are producing more colors and models it's all the more likely there will be a better aftermarket. Maybe not now, maybe not tomorrow, but if there is a slightly larger volume of MSP's on the market the demand will spike. Hooray Aftermarket!

If the wheels are two dark on the 2003.5's, I won't be buying it all. I can't stand dark wheels. What's the point of a wheel you can't see?

In the pics from the bc port, they look DARK

that's just a bad angle again. And Note that the wheels are the 2003's again. Even the mp3's spoiler looks odd from certain angles, almost like a boomerang.

It's pretty sharp! A buddy of mine just mounted a wing similar to the new MSP wing on his '99 Civic Si. Looks good, too.

The silver "2003.5" MSP making the rounds at the autoshow has the 2003 wheels, the 2003 shift knob (and maybe pedals too, I couldn't see into the car very well), and no stereo. The yellow 2003.5 at the autoshows was actually complete (wheels were correct colour, shifter was correct, stereo was installed, etc.)

I wouldn't say the wheels were too dark Newf, but personally I like dark wheels. The photo gallery of the glamour pics of the yellow 2003.5 that was posted a while ago are pretty accurate to what colour the wheels are on the new 2003.5 MSP's.

Edit - here is the thread I was referring to, although the gallery seems to be down at the moment: http://www.mazdamp3.com/vbb225/show...&highlight=yellow 2003.5 gallery&pagenumber=1
