A good hole saw the right size. You can always run the hole saw in reverse to cut down on the high cut of them. Like when you use hole saws on carpeted speaker boxes, you run em backwards to cut through the carpet, then once you do, you go in the regular direction through the wood.

I learned a new trick today. Thank you. Of course I'm kicking myself for not having thought of it on my own...
 
Well got one side done today. Have to wait for my replacement (cut the hole to big oops) sail panel to come, so I can finish the other side.

Got the passenger side done. I am very happy with the sound, it is much clearer then stock. Finally got my stealthbox installed, so the system is coming along nicely.
