turbo??

So my stock turbo leaks tons of oil and the Watergate actuator is also bad. Found one on Craig's list but nervous it might be leaking as well. Has the factory replacement actuator after mazda recalled the originals. Well not recall but had a service bulletin about them.
My question is does anyone have one for sale and if not do any one the ebay t25s fit our msps? Thanks in advance and any links would be great.
I know the ebay turbo aren't near as good but I need my car on the road

Service bulletin is just to inform the dealer how to replace them in case they fail, doesn't really mean anything. The MSP has unique housings so you can swap them onto whatever turbo you find or locate a good used turbo on this forum or the facebook parts groups. Some people adapt the Nissan or DSM style T25's to work with the MSP but usually the DP requires slight modification to fit. The turbos can be rebuilt in some instances but some shops charge an insane amount ~$4-500 to rebuild although they should last 100k miles easily if assembled and maintained properly.
