Turbo XS Racepipe + CPE CBE

Does anyone have this set-up?

Just wondering if it'll bolt up directly with not problems...

I have the Turbo XS Downpipe and Racepipe and want to get the CPE CBE with no muffler or resonator and I just want to make sure it'll work perfectly fine.

thats what im aiming for, i would do just a straight 3 inch pipe from muffler man or whatever but its not mandrel bent and that does make a huge difference, so the c-pe is what im getting.

I recently added a test pipe to my stock exhaust and the exhaust is much louder now. I can't imagine what its like with down pipe/straight pipe combo. It will probably draw alot of unwanted attention.

yeah I put my test pipe in on Saturday...its awesome and the power increase is defintieyl noticeable...but it IS louder...

if i think its too loud then i can always get a muffler thrown in, but iv always wanted a straight pipe on the car to hear exactly what itll sound like

just un bolt your muffler and see what it sounds like. I had an old jeep cherokee with straight pipes from the headers. Yea it got a lot of looks but it sounded sooooooooo sick, even though i would have to wear ear plugs some times. Oh the life of a broke college student.

haha with a 4cylinder i shouldnt have to wear ear muffs... but right now i have the stock downpipe / stock test pipe / stock cat back but every resonator/muffler is removed, so fromt cat-back its 2.5 inch straight pipe, i dont see a 3 inch straight pipe making it THAT much louder,

itll be the edition of the catless downpipe / straight test pipe that the noise will come from

yea, i had a straight 6 4.0 little different from a 2.3 4 cyl try it tho, you might like it

im not really worried about what other people think aruond the car or getting looks or what not, i always love a loud (but good sounding) exhaust..

so we'll see how it goes, ill definately post some vids if/when i do order the c-pe CBE

The attention I was refering to would be from the guys with the lights on top of their cars.

not worried about that, out of state plates will help me and ill just run if i have too..

haha nah but im gonna be smart about it, obviously no WOT on city streets unless a cars asking for it.. haha

anyone has any check light with the downpipe and racepipe + ctb exhaust?

i have the ms exhaust and i'm thinking to install the turboxs downpipe and racepipe. will it be too loud.?

yes you'll throw a cel turbo xs is catless.

you might want to get your car tuned after throwing in the downpipe/racepipe, but that would take away the CEL as well
