Turbo System Switch to MAM 2nd Gen Streeet Sleeper Kit

I just did some more research. That fan is a 14 inch fan from Hayden Automotive. 1250 CFM. I think it is too big to go flush against my radiator.

If a 14" fan is not being used and available, I do need one about that size for cooling a front mount radiator on a mid engined V6.

Hey Patrick, are you free on wednesday after 4:00 to meet up like we were talking before?

ohh i just gave another one away. gave it to one of my coworkers. had i know i would have given it to you.

I'll take care of it.

What are you going to do Patrick? Hunt this guy down and threaten to murder him if he does not give up the fan? Because thats what it sounds like you are going to do..... j/k

Hahah. Those words look pretty sinister with my avatar to the left too. I stole that from a member here, and I can't remember who...

Look what came today

Just in time to help with downpipe clearance issues! I had to go get it from the post office. It was supposedly attempted to be delivered on Monday, according to the Post Office. I checked my mail on Monday, but there was no note. I didn't check it yesterday I check today, and find the notice saying that delivery was attmpted Monday. :wtf: I'm just happy to get it. Without further adu, here is the MAM CNC-Machined Thermostat Housing Lid:

Got my manifold, downpipe, and midpipe today. I am going to have to have the flange of the manifold (the one that goes to the head) machined flat.

Stay tuned! (ignore the dirty engine bay).

i think you can get those hayden fans at pep boys. i used to have one on my ranger. i swapped it out for a better flex-a-lite unit from jegs. those things are solid, and some have a built in thermostat that you can set to whatever temp you want it to run at.

More progress...

Pics attached. Thanks to Moeed for the gaskets!

You change out turbos and parts more than Victoria's Secret models do underwear! Here's to it! (beer)

Last night and tonight I made more progress. I re-tapped the stripped manifold stud hole in the head. Let's see how that holds...

I also installed my MAM Thermostat Housing. Pictures below.

PLEASE NOTE: Simple Green will be used soon to clean the engine bay, and the ghetto-rigged oil drain line will be corrected too!
