trying to send a Pm...says website requires u to wait 15sec between each Pm...please try again in 2820 secs....

by the way the time is F'ed on the website to...it says i posted this @ 5:03pm....well my computer and every clock in my house says 10:17pm

no i was having this problem that day only....i guess it was a site problem.
