Troublesome trunk/boot light - not bright enough

Hi everyone,

I have successfully replaced all the interiors light bulbs with LEDs as well as the exterior number plate lights.

The trunk/boot light - I have tried several LEDs from various manufacturers including the '5k white 3 LED WEDGE base 37 74' from VLEDS and I have found them all to be too dim.
Does anyone have any suggestions on alternative LED bulbs that is really really bright?

As a last resort I do have a fairly bright battery operated LED light that has movement sensor so that if you put it in the trunk/boot and then open the trunk/boot, the light will come on but the time on it is too short (only about 10 seconds) and there is no timer override.

All constructive suggestions is appreciated.

I have the same issue, I got my LEDs from checkitauto but the trunk light is too dim, one solution would be to leave the bulb case off, but not not sure how well that would work, though it will increase the brightness.

If anyone finds a good 5k bulb or closer for the trunk, please post.
